Was passing by enroute to DC from Boston and was really glad we made the detour to lunch here. This awesome little gem is run by an Italian family and they serve some really good home-cooked Italian fare. From subs to soups to salads, there’s something for everybody. Especially liked how Anthony and his crew knew his customers by name. There are a few seats in the airconditioned deli should you wish to dine in.
By far the best Italian subs I have had all in NJ. This family owned deli is a staple in Hackensack NJ as I now understand why. From the amazing hospitality, to the wonderful food, this is the place to go. Home cooked Italian food and amazing sandwiches, can’t go wrong coming here!
The best Deli around these parts! Everyone here is so friendly and they make a wicked sub! Brought a friend here for lunch and he loved every bite! The only place I come anymore for Deli food, delicious!

Went in there for the first time just for your basic sandwich (tuna on a hard roll) but once you walk in it’s an atmosphere you know you’re always going to come back too. Beautiful family run Deli with very respectful and genuine owners. It’s exactly what you think an Italian run deli should be. I’ll will definitely be back!
One word: EXCELLENT! Terrific sandwich on amazing bread. I honestly can not wait to go back. Often! The sandwich, Prosciutto, Mozzarella, Roasted Red Peppers & Balsamic on Semolina Bread.
This is my favorite deli in my city. every time I go there so many memories flash back while I am sitting in this place. Good times can never be forgotten.
I’m currently pregnant and the only food I crave and can keep down are Italian subs. I went to a few other places but once I came here …. I’ve just kept coming back to get my Italian sub kick. The food is fresh and so good. The owners are extremely friendly. I will definitely continue to come here.

I stumbled upon this little gem – right up the street from ABC Carpet & Home Outlet and I loved every bite. First off, can’t say enough about the staff…very personable…noticed they have a lot of regulars which says a lot in my book. They really make you feel welcome. Secondly, the food. I’ve had chix marsala, broc rabe, veg lasagne and OMG the eggplant parm….to die for!!! We’re talking very fresh, comfort food cooked in a traditional style that is DELICIOUS. I’ll be back, Parisi’s!!!
Delicious sandwiches, especially the El Dorado. Amazing value for your money. Sandwiches are stuffed and potato salad is amazing as well.
Great place for lunch, convenient location, and has just about everything you need at a reasonable price at a spot you could walk to.

I’ve been coming to this Deli since I moved to Hackensack in 2014, and I’ve never trusted a deli and the people there as much as I do EVER. A deli is a deli, but everyone here is family. They never fail in creating the perfect sandwich and they’re always sweet with the best energy. If you love a good classic deli sandwich and hot and cold lunches buffet style like the ones in NYC, this is it!! Best in NJ
Great local spot for old school breakfast sandwiches and hot and cold lunches. I had the hot roast beef and fresh mutz and gravy with added cherry peppers!! Real good stuff. Side of Mac salad. Definitely a place to stop in and grab a sandwich or something from the hot lunch table. Highly recommend it.
Parisi Deli is a must visit place. Awesome daily fresh made food and great family like service. My husband loves the sandwiches and I always enjoy the hot food. Never go wrong there!
Parisi’s Deli is the best deli in north Jersey. The food is amazing. Hot platters , cold cuts , fresh specials. The deli is clean and even has liquor available. The Parisi Family is very friendly and makes you feel like your home!
Great, great, great local deli. They’ve got a decent beer and liquor selection as well. There are several tables inside if you want to dine in but don’t expect a formal setting. What you really want to come here for is the hot food on their big board. The chicken cutlet and chicken parm is top notch. The taylor ham, egg, and cheese could use another egg or a thicker slice of ham though, it was pretty thin, but at $2 I can’t really complain all that much. Another tiny misstep is that they don’t sell any milk, only Muscle Milk and Yoo-Hoo (which we all know has no milk in it whatsoever). I’ve only been here twice and so far I’ve been impressed with their food. I’m looking forward to trying out the rest of the menu. And the owner is a friendly and decent guy, so if you want to stick around and chat it up, he’ll be happy to oblige. Parking is tight. There are 15 minute spots in front of the deli but there should be a couple of open spots on the adjacent side street. Just make sure to look over your shoulder before you pull out of your parking spot.
Parisi’s is the BEST!! I am here at least twice a week whether it be for breakfast, lunch or to grab food for dinner!! Mom’s cooking is the best! Dad, Mom, Russ & Anthony make you feel like you’re part of the family. Service is quick & Marco will always make sure you get what you want. I have brought family, friends & co-workers here and they have all loved this place. I highly recommend this place…U will not be disappointed !!!
Anthony, Ross, Mr. and Mrs. Parisi sure know how to make good food while providing friendly services. They are the BEST in town.. I love the tuna melt.. Outstanding.. Heaven in my mouth.. U guys are the best.
